Expungement made easy!

Mark helped me expunge a minor theft charge that I’d received a decade ago while I was in high school. A mistake I had made while being a rebellious teenager interfered with a recent job opportunity and Mark did an amazing job of helping it be taken off of my record. He communicated with me well and in a timely matter during the entire process and was all around very pleasant to work with. Thank you again, Mark!

Expungements

Mark did an excellent job handling my two expungement cases in two different counties, the results of both were in my favor. One conviction was a 1st Degree case and the other was a 5th Degree conviction, Mark put together a solid defense that accurately represented what I have done to deserve the expungements and ensured it was translated that way to the Judges involved. Im so Thankful

So I originally contacted Mark Herman around 2019 I believe and he gave me a run down of my process and because of my case I had to wait another two years in order to start. When I called back two years later 2021, he remembered me which was great. The process was actually quicker than I thought because Mark was on top of everything and did everything that needed to be filed in a very quick manner. He gave me the run down and told me that I would have nothing to worry about. And sure enough I had nothing to worry about. Expungement of theft

Mark was so wonderful to work with! I feel he really went above and beyond to ensure I was protected and worked out the best deal possible to get the theft expunged in what I feel was record time so it would not effect my profession. Thorough attorney

I contacted Mr. Herman and inquired about getting my records expunged and he took the time to listen to my concerns, look into my cases and get back to me in a very timely manner. He explained the whole process in detail to me, and then how he felt he could help. He was thorough, knowledgeable and precise in his work. He was affordable and I believe fair in prices for what I was wanting him to help me with. I feel so grateful that he represented me in court and spoke on my behalf. Fast, efficient, and successful

Mark helped me expunge a dismissed case that another attorney told me would be a bad idea. Mark was very professional and helped me navigate the confusing legal system.
