Mara C. Brust

Mara Brust has vast courtroom experience as a Hall Law P.A. trial lawyer. Mara is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She has worked in the areas of personal injury, product liability, and medical malpractice.

Prior to attending law school, Mara graduated summa cum laude from North Dakota State University. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Broadcasting, and Mass Communication Technologies.

While attending the University of Virginia School of Law, Mara served on the editorial board and article review board of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy and the Law. While in law school, she was recognized for doing pro bono work at Legal Services of Northwest Minnesota.

Mara continues to be awarded and recognized for her work. She was included in the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 List for Minnesota, America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators, and the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys’ list of Top 10 Personal Injury Attorneys Under 40 in Minnesota.

Mara serves on the Board of Governors of the Minnesota Association of Justice. She is also a member of the North Dakota Association of Justice, the Stearns-Benton County Bar Association, and the John E. Simonett Chapter of the American Inns of Court.

At Hall Law P.A., Mara has secured millions of dollars in compensation for accident victims in Minnesota and North Dakota. She is experienced in handling various personal injury matters, including car accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, and dog bites.
