Kathryn Jean Hockin

Kate Hockin has achieved favorable settlements and verdicts for injured accident victims. Kate is licensed to practice law in the State of Minnesota. She is also a member of the Minnesota Association of Justice.

Kate earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Society, and the Environment from the University of Minnesota. She graduated cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Prior to earning her Juris Doctor, Kate gained trial advocacy experience while participating in mock trial competitions. She also clerked for a personal injury law firm and completed an externship with a medical malpractice firm.

Before joining Hall Law P.A. in 2019, Kate clerked for the Honorable Cynthia L. McCollum in the Dakota County District Court. She was recognized as the Attorney of the Year for 2021 (Minnesota Lawyer).

Kate enjoys serving on the Parade Figure Skating Club board of directors. She is also a competitive figure skater and participates in trapeze in her spare time.
