He represented businesses, financial institutions and individuals in matters related to creditors remedies, business and debt restructuring and bankruptcy. Mr. Weil has significant experience in bankruptcy related litigation, including preference defense and prosecution, disharge litigation and bringing and defending claims involving fraud.
Mr. Weil retired from the practice of law effective December 31,2013. He no longer represents clients.
