Excellent job Allan Caplan!
Allan caplan is an excellent Minneapolis criminal lawyer. He has helped to resolve my DWI case which was a third offense. I was able to get the judge to determine that the source code from the intoxilyzer was not applicable in my case and the judge dropped the charges as did the prosecutor.
