Wanted Cash

I called this guy the day for help with my divorce and he asked me to bring $4,000 in cash. Sleazy.

Well this just didn't happen. I don't do family law. I haven't spoken with a family law potential client in many years. I wonder who this person actually spoke to.

Flexible, Genius, Affordable

Michael has been an invaluable resource. First and foremost, he helped us craft a comprehensive client services agreement and flexible contractor agreement. These documents were designed such that they can easily be reprocessed for different use-cases. Because our company is smaller, this works great...! Unlike the previous firm we were with, Rubric Legal (and Mike) takes a much more holistic approach to the law. Their billing subscription also provides us the flexibility we need. This isn't something we've found everywhere, but it's a deal breaker for us. We've really enjoyed working with Mike.

I have my lawyer

I was referred to Michael and was impressed with initiative and willingness to do some work on an ambiguous case. I am pleased with the work he has done and the assistance he has provided. I would definitely work with Michael again. He was not the cheapest, but his rates seem fair and I believe you g...et what you pay for.

An Advocate and a Pitbull

I have worked with Mike on several projects over the last three years and am very pleased with the results. I value Mike's legal acumen but am even more impressed with his ability to communicate with me as his client. He makes an active effort to keep me informed of the process and of his findings...; this sets Mike apart from many attorneys who simply "process" work. Mike is an advocate and a pitbull and I continue to find value from his counsel.

First-time employment contract

I was entering into an employment agreement for the first time as part of a executive level job offer. This being new territory for me I was really looking for an attorney who could help guide me through the process, answer my extensive questions, and be able to keep my best interest in mind. Michael... was great - he put my husband and I at ease, was able to answer our many questions, and overall felt like an advocate. He was very trustworthy, honest, and upfront - particularly when explaining the process and fee structure. He was also very responsive and available especially as this process was occurring over the Holidays. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone to work with him.
