I chose to work at a very small, hands-on law firm in the Twin Cities because I wanted the opportunity to practice my profession and interact with clients, attorneys, and judicial officers. I have learned that the most satisfying aspect of being an attorney is helping individuals who have been taken advantage of and who do not have the ability to protect their own interests. A satisfied client is more rewarding than anything else, to me.

I called this guy the day for help with my divorce and he asked me to bring $4,000 in cash. Sleazy.
Well this just didn't happen. I don't do family law. I haven't spoken with a family law potential client in many years. I wonder who this person actually spoke to.

First-time employment contract
I was entering into an employment agreement for the first time as part of a executive level job offer. This being new territory for me I was really looking for an attorney who could help guide me through the process, answer my extensive questions, and be able to keep my best interest in mind. Michael...

In addition, he has the appropriate demeanor for the varied areas of law in which he practices. Whether civil litigation or appellate work, you could do far worse than to hire Michael."
"Mr. Frasier knows Minnesota law: he can quote you chapter and verse. I've asked his opinion a time or two, and he very kindly obliged. I would refer anyone to him."
