Biography
This year i watched my son graduate high school and matriculate to the University of South Carolina. I watched my daughter graduate pre-school and start kindergarten. Our family loves to travel and spend time outside in both the summer and winter here in Minnesota.
Professionally Batchelor Law Firm, P.A. added a new law clerk, Hamline Law School graduate Amanda Palecek. We are excited to have her bring fresh energy and perspecitve to our growing practice. We have two cases currently before the Minnesota Supreme Court and we are looking forward to the challenges of work in both the Minnesota State District Courts and at the Office of Adminstrative Hearings.
Our firm mission statement focuses on preparation and knowing the details of each and every case. We believe the idiosyncracy and nuance of each case, and the time and effort necessary to discover them, makes the difference between winning and losing.

Excellent workers compensation attorney
I would highly recommend even if it's a big or small workers compensation claim. He is very dedicated to his job and takes it seriously and returns calls or questions within a day unlike most of the small time attorneys. He also explains everything very thoroughly and most importantly gets results.
