Joke of a lawyer

Clayton Tyler should prosecute himself for poor representation!! He's the most untrustworthy attorney. I was 18 years old when I was being prosecuted - he advised me that it was in my best interest to plead guilty to a GROSS MISDEAMENOR, without defending me at all, saying that it would hardly affec...t my future. I was barely an adult and did not understand how this would affect me for the rest of my life. It is now 8 years later, and I'm losing jobs, apartments, etc. because of my background. He does not care about his clients. He barely communicated with me throughout the process, and he was a bit too friendly with the prosecuting attorney. Hiring him is one of my biggest regrets. He never once fought for me or my future.

Clayton is a top rock star superior lawyer - BEST OF THE BEST

I had a DWI issue and I initially retained a highly referred lawyer who is listed as a 10.0 Avvo rating from this site for DWIs. The initial lawyer could not get my charges reduced. By miracle, someone referred me to Clayton Tyler. Clayton got charges reduced to careless driving and dropped. I r...an into another legal manner (criminal) where the prosecutor was brutal with this case. I immediately contacted Clayton for legal assistance. Clayton got those charges dismissed (not on the record). Here is my disclaimer about Clayton: Clayton is brutally honest. After hearing your situation, he will assess the situation will present you what the law states. It may not be what you want to hear (he will tell you the truth). Afterwards, Clayton will immediately work out a winning strategy. Because of his superior knowledge, legal experience and great respect that judges, prosecutors, law officials, and other attorneys have for Clayton (key note to look when reviewing lawyers is years of experience as well as reviews), there is an excellent chance you will have a favorable ruling with your case (e.g. - charges dismissed). Going through the legal system was one of the scariest situations I ever faced. I could not have any criminal charges (e,g, - DWI charges) as it would have destroyed my career. Clayton Tyler and his entire staff is one of the most professional and caring staff you will ever encounter. Clayton is considered a rock star in the MN criminal attorney arena (highly respected in the legal community). Thus, he can handle all types of criminal law issues. He handled my DWI issue with ease (and WAY better than my initial attorney). If you have a criminal legal issue, you will want to talk and retain Clayton Tyler. He is one of the best (if not the best) attorney out there.

Excellent criminal defense attorney

Clayton Tyler earned my trust and I trusted him with my future. My legal situation was incredibly complex, and Clayton and his team took my cases head on. It was a lengthy process, with many obstacles. Advice and encouragement came with every coversation we had, and I called his office sometimes ever...y few days. He fought for me and most importantly he believed in me. His knowledge and strategies were astounding, I am so grateful to have him on my side. Not only is he a great lawyer, he's a great man. I would recommend him without any hesitation due to his experience and he has proven to be an attorney that goes above and beyond any of my expectations.

After you pay Clayton no longer has interest in your case.

All talk! You pay him and he becomes impossible to contact and no longer has any enthusiasm for helping you. Does not keep you informed on what he is doing or plans on doing. He will likely just take your money and play dumb with your case. Just keep looking.

This means the attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.

F’s comment:

“I was suspended for failing to pay my personal and employee taxes in a timely manner. However if you read the opinion I feel it was a favorable opinion of myself as an attorney.”
