If you are dealing with DUI, marijuana, and other small time petty stuff, he could be ok. His caseload may be less now that he is out of bankruptcy. I hired him for criminal defense and every meeting we had, his phone would ring and he would take client calls while we're discussing my case. This made... it hard to concentrate regarding the case and discuss discovery. He made several significant errors during the process. In the end, I fired him and retained another attorney. I was not able to get my money back, but the Lawyers Professional Responsibility for the state of MN did censure Mr. Mohs for breaking attorney client privilege.

Dan was successful in having my dwi conviction reversed in the appellant court. As a result all charges are dropped. For me that means Everything is wiped off my record, no more probation, I get my vehicle back that was confiscated sitting in impound to be auctioned, and my drivers license reinstated... with no restrictions of reinstatement fees.
