I worked very closely on legal matters with Conrad over several years. I found Conrad to be extremely scrupulous in regard to the details and the legal issues in the matters that he and I worked on together. When Conrad went to law school he already had substantial knowledge of labor and employment law through his master degree in industrial relations and substantial industry experience. Conrad’s expertise is therefore much broader than that of other practitioners in his field. Conrad brings common sense, integrity, real world experience, and excellent negotiating skills to every one of his cases
I endorse Conrad because he has a combination of talents that make him very effective. First, he is always well prepared. It is surprising how many lawyers really don't study the facts of a case very closely or don't understand the case law. Conrad doesn't leave anything to chance. Second, he is a skilled, tough negotiator. No one can negotiate a better deal. Third, if the case has to go to court, Conrad is a fighter. He doesn't like to lose.
