She informed me after 6 months that she couldn’t help me anymore, which was fine but when I asked her for all of my documents back she said no. Her reasoning for this was she was going to move and my documents were in her basement among numerous other boxes. I filed a complaint. She was found guilty.... All that was done to her was a private verbal warning so this does not show on her record. To this day I still have not received my property back from her.
