James Shawn Carlson

I had a run in with the Eagan police over my temporary tags. Mr. Carlson was recommended to me by my boss because his sons had been in trouble. I was looking at a Grand Misdemeanor which would have been a problem in future employment. Jim worked with the prosecutor and got me a continuance which will... disappear off my record in a year. Jim was highly responsive and aggressively pursued a fair verdict. He is well-connected and liked even by his adversaries. He has common sense and a sense of humor that no doubt helped cut through the rediculuous nature of my case. I would recommend him to anyone in a similar situation.
