Brad was 100% supportive and available for me throughout the entire process, and very honest (even if it was something I wouldn’t want to hear). Beginning with my initial call to him (around 1 am), he made sure to do everything he could to keep me updated and aware of everything going on- he also mad...e sure to communicate with my parents when I was unable to do so. I was distraught and very unaware of the process of this entire situation. No matter what question or emotion I brought to him- he made sure that everything was answered before we ended our conversation. Prior to court, Brad made sure to go through a step by step of what was expected to happen. Aside from the work, Brad is an extremely personable human. He made sure to remind me, “you are a good person” from day one to the most recent time we have talked. It was hard for me to remember and truly feel like I was still a good person- reminders like this were not part of his job, but just show how genuine of a human he is. I seriously cannot describe any better how appreciative I am of all that Brad has done for me.
