As title says, Brad is not just a lawyer and you are just not a case for him. From my experience, Brad is a genuine person that legitimately cares about those he represents. From first call to final court appearance, Brad not only works for you but works with you in some of your most challenging time...s. Brad any my first communication was 11PM from jail. He provided vital guidance while in police custody, explained what to expect, and even offered to communicate with my family as needed. The next day (when released) I contacted Brad again and made decision to hire him purely based on the comfortability I had in talking to him. While in one of the darkest, most challenging points in my life thus far, he made me feel human and was understanding and supportive of my situation. From that day forward, while a very busy person, Brad made sure to answer my many questions and made himself available at any time. He provided guidance on the process, what to expect, as well as helpful insights in to what I could do to be proactive in fulfilling punishments that we're likely going to come in the future. All of Brad's recommendations and work with prosecution was able to help facilitate a plea deal with prosecution reducing LVL4 DUI to Careless Driving Charge with minimal fines. With his guidance, I was able to complete all requirements prior to sentencing which allowed me to avoid court supervised probation. Another nuance to my case was that I was not a MN resident. Brad was able to help settle my case without me having to return to MN as well as avoided typically mandated community service which would have required me to travel back to MN for a extended period of time to complete. It was clear through my experience that Brad is highly respected within the MN court system.
