Wow, I really couldn’t say enough positive things about my legal experience with Brad and his professional character. From the moment I called him at 4am after being arrested for my 3rd DUI to recently at court where my charges were reduced and I got my car back from forfeiture, Brad was available. H...e was clear and thorough in his explanations, and upfront with every possibility each step of the way. It’s his persistence to exhaust every option at his clients’ behalf that created the deal to reduce my charge and get my car back. I could not of asked for a better lawyer. Brad was a godsend!! Brad was so involved with me and my family. He communicated with me frequently throughout my case. The prosecutor did not want to do it at all, but Brad made it happen! He genuinely cared so much that he said he did not sleep well the night before court because he was up most of the night thinking about my case, hoping that it will work out, and nervous that the prosecutor would not accept the deal. Well Brad made it happen because despite my previous DUIs, the severity of the charges, I still got the 3rd degree dropped, and a stay of adjudication on the 5th degree charge. I was able to complete my probation and now my record is expunged! I have a clear record and I can return to my job and support my family. Brad saved my life! I also had my car taken and about 6,000 dollars taken by the police during the arrest and they were not going to give it back. Brad filed a motion and he got my car back AND my money back. Brad delivered on everything he said. Brad still checks up on my to this day. I am years sober now and have my life back because of Brad. Thank you Brad I will never forget what you did for me!!

I am so thankful I hired Brad as my attorney, of coarse going through something as stressful as a DUI arrest, Brad took such great care of me in a time I needed it most. I had very recently moved to MSP and knew absolutely no one to call on the evening of my DUI. I randomly picked Brad's name out of a list of 40+ lawyers provided me by the Ramsey County PD - I am thankfully every day that I did. My call to Brad was placed at 10p on a Saturday night, which he actuall...y bothered to answer. Within five minutes of our conversation, I knew he was the person I wanted in my corner helping me navigate what was to come.
