I started writing my praises for Brad before coming to this page, and after reading through other reviews, it's strikingly clear that Brad is an exceptional lawyer and human being. I feel so grateful to have selected Brad to handle my first time DUI offense - throughout a very stressful and anxiety-r...idden process, he was always straightforward but also incredibly kind and supportive. He was readily available (almost immediately!) for my questions and to provide updates. I appreciated feeling informed of my legal rights and options, and he never made our conversations feel rushed. As I've said to Brad many times, "how do people go through this without someone like you???". If you have made the same (or similar) mistakes that I have, Brad is beyond a doubt the legal expert you need on your side.

I was working in Minnesota for a few months and I had gotten struck by a car from behind while sitting a a red light. I was omw home after having dinner and a couple of drinks. The police were called. I received a DUI . I was recommended to use him and that he is reliable and on point. He took me on ...as a client. Hello I am 72 years old. Been in and out if trouble my whole live. I hired a lot of Attorneys over the years. Brad Mathis is the best Criminal Lawyer I have ever hired. Great job at a fair price. I would defenitly recomend him to any one getting arrested in MN. I recieved my 1st OWI, 3rd degree in ...10 of 2019. This was my 5 th lifetime OWI. 1 in MN. And 4 in WI. I reside in WI. Brad talked the proscuter into 3 years on probation and transferable to WI. Also i did not have to appear in Court. Which was great for me. It is a 7 to 8 hour drive.

When I hired Brad I had spoken to him the evening of my arrest. I knew immediately I made the correct choice since all of his advice that evening were actions I should take IMMEDIATELY that made the case go that much smoother. Brad is such an amazing lawyer and overall person. He cares about his clients and getting them the best possible outcome in court. I was facing a 2nd degree refusal and 2nd degree DUI. Brad got the refusal dropped completely and the 2nd degree DUI dropped to a 3rd degree. Brad also kept me out of jai...l.
