Biography
Mark W. Malzahn has represented victims of automobile accidents for over 30 years, ranging from traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death cases, and other injuries covering the entire spectrum of physical and emotional injury.
Mr. Malzahn has successfully represented clients in obtaining recoveries against numerous insurance companies and large corporations. He has been selected as a Super Lawyer for eight (8) consecutive years, and is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association; an exclusive certification maintained by less than 3% of the lawyers in the state of Minnesota.

Fighting An Insurance Company
