Joan Hallock is a terrific mediator. Our firm engaged her to mediate a case. Joan was knowledgeable, thorough, and handled the mediation professionally and skillfully. Joan was able to effectively communicate the positions of both parties to the point that a settlement was reached. Joan related well with the injured worker and was able to gain his confidence.Joan's style made it very easy for the injured worker to understand the salient arguments and positions and to be able to distinguish them from the superfluous ones. All in all, Joan did a superb job mediating our case. I always recommend her to opposing counsel when we are selecting a mediator.

Joan has served as a mediator on a number of my cases in the past. She brings to the table valuable experience as a judge, and she has done an excellent job.
