I received an automated post card after being arrested and bailed out it had a price quote that was way under what other attorneys had quoted me for the 2 felony charges and a single misdemeanor long story short I was charged with 2 counts of 1st degree possession one normal and one 1st degree with a... firearm it was my first felony charge and honestly I didn't have alot of hope until meeting Ben literally minutes before my first hearing I had already violated my bail conditions once because at the time I was battling my addiction and losing the fight relapses happened often and Ben was supportive and showed actual concern for my well being while preparing a solid defensive strategy for my case when it came to my contested omnibus hearing Ben spoke to the judge and prosecutor before the hearing i was looking at potentially 14 years but Ben came back in with an offer that guaranteed me no prison Ben told me that he recommended i take it because from his experience going on was 50/50 chance it would go our way and he gave me honest information and left the decision to me i took the deal and was sentenced to 240 days only sat around 140 after doing sts program. When i got out i relapsed and was out of contact with probation until ben messaged me because a warrant was issued. He wanted to check in to see how i was. He has gone the above and beyond what he needed to do he showed attention to detail and total dedication to my case even when i made things very complicated because of my choices and addiction. Even after my case was finished and my sentence served he continued to help me resolve my situation. I will never hire another lawyer Ben has helped my hopeless case turn around and even when I messed up his hard work he looked out for me and gave me great advice and spoke to probation and prosecutor on my behalf. My lawyer Ben was able to contact the prosecutor in my case and come to an agreement of a lesser charge. My original offense was a speeding ticket going 91mph in a 55mph. Ben was able to get it reduced to 74mph in a 55mph so that's less than 20mph over! I still had to pay the full fine amount but tha...t's understandable with this offense.
