Not aggressive; failed to get insurance company to approve doctor-ordered medical treatment
She did not represent the best interests of her client. The delays in approval from the insurance company became longer and longer once we retained her. I had to e-mail her at least twice a week to remind her about what the insurance company was not addressing or approving, and 95% of the time it was...

Replied last August 17, 2016I am sorry you feel a family member of yours had a bad experience. Your concerns over a family member's case would have been better addressed with me directly. In fact, this review is the first response I have had after repeated requests for contact through email, phone calls, and letters. I am disappointed as well. A decision to withdraw from a case is a very serious one, and is only made after we exhaust every means possible to remedy the problem. I was working to avoid the situation you mentioned above, but felt that I did not have the cooperation I needed to do so. For an attorney client relationship to be successful, both sides need to be committed and working together. That being said, I do wish your family member the best and hope she finds representation that you are more comfortable with.
