Common names are common; who knew?
I was sued over another person's debt. Mr. Goolsby explained what I had to file to prevent a default judgement, how to add things to the discovery process to prove it wasn't my debt, and what actions by the law firm could violate the FDCPA. I've never had a better experience with a lawyer.

I had an issue with a (unfair) debt collector and, even though it was quite late in the evening and I was not a current client, John patiently consulted with me for well over an hour on the various options and various laws that were applicable to my case — would definitely recommend!
