Beyond Measure!

Replied last August 15, 2011In this case, my client was not getting paid her full wages. She has a two-headed employer: a personal care provider organization (PCPO), and a state agency. The PCPO cut her pay by more than 50 percent, claiming that the state agency had not authorized any more work hours for her. The state agency denied having cut her hours, but it did nothing to correct the situation. Hence, the lawsuit. She has finally gotten all the pay she had coming, and now we're going for consequential damages. The case isn't quite over, but victory is already ours.
