I’ve never had to hire a lawyer before but I cannot believe the experience I had with Michele. She acted completely unprofessionally. She didn’t follow through with stuff in a timely manner. She was ill prepared for mediation and didn’t send things and said she would. She only sent me one bill and t...hen said she had done all this work and took all my retainer.
