Biography
I am an immigration attorney with experience in family-based immigration and removal defense. I help family members reunite in the United States and navigate the United States' complex immigration statutes, regulations and policies. I regularly file waivers with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to waive unlawful presence, criminal issues and other issues that can cause problems with visa issuance.
I also regularly represent clients in immigration court to file applications to prevent deportation from the United States.
I take pride in helping my clients successfully reunite their family or remain in the United States.
