I represent employers in medium sized to small businesses. I litigate in primarily federal court on employment claims, but also with the EEOC and state human rights agencies. I have several small and medium sized business clients who rely on me for all of their legal work because they trust me. I also represent insurers on occasion in employment and ERISA matters.

Outstanding Attorney

I was referred to David years ago in business to handle a employment law situation and learned that David also had great expertise in contract law as well. I've worked with David to handle business and personal (family) law areas over many years and couldn't be more pleased. David is very knowledge...able, he asks smart questions, and is an outstanding listener. He is organized and has great follow through to get the work completed on time and accurately. I've referred him to many others and they all were very pleased. David is a very good person and Attorney and I highly recommend his work!

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"David W. Larson is a the rarest of litigators: he actually tries and appeals cases on a regular basis. And it's no wonder, his trial and appellate skills are unmatched. Whether developing a winning argument or cross-examining an expert witness, David's approach is both disarming to his opponents and convincing to the courts. This same approach works while negotiating settlements, too. In my experience, when David works toward resolution of a dispute, it is always resolved as quickly and and efficiently as possible. I think that this is why his clients are pleased with the results and do not hesitate to seek his advice and representation when the need arises again."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
