I hired Paul to handle a family court matter involving parenting time and false accusations of abuse. I received no meaningful legal representation by Paul. Paul passively responded to the opposing attorney's actions, letting her drive the course of the legal case. He had no fight in him. There were numerous court appears made and Paul was never prepared. He asked "me" for details and facts of the case on the date of the hearings. Unbelievable! How can an attorney advocate for you if he has no grasp of the elements of case?! I fired him after he asked me to sign a court order drafted by the opposing attorney what represented all the request and interest of the other party and none of mine. I was out thousands of dollars and my family court matter was in far worse shape then before I hired Paul. I now have new counsel and my case has taken a unmistakable turn for the better thanks to the diligence, knowledge, skill and drive of the new attorney.
