I am a Registered Nurse/Attorney. I have over 35 years of professional nursing experience. Now as an attorney I can help you with your professional RN or LPN licensure issues when confronted by the Minnesota Board of Nursing. I can also assist other health care providers such as certified nursing assistants when having to answer to the Minnesota Department of Health or Department of Human Services to answer an allegation of Maltreatment. I have recently added licensed therapists licensed by the Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (BBHT) to my legal services.

Good work, customer service to improve.
I hired Barb this summer to assist with a Board of Nursing issue, she was quick to respond and helpful with a response letter. I would commend her effort on a short notice assignment. Replied last January 10, 2015I believe I represented this RN. However, once the work was complete he suddenly became unreachable. Had he answered his phone I would not have had to leave a voice mail. To "hire" means to pay one for their services. My regret on this case is that I did not mandate a payment prior to providing services because he was on a tight deadline; I trusted he would follow through. I CHOOSE to represent nurses and healthcare providers because they are known to be trustworthy and ethical. It is what is expected under our professional license.
