Barbara Ann Forshier

I would recommend Barb Forshier for representation in any matter going before the Board of Nursing. She's knowledgeable not just about the principles of the law as they apply to your case, but also to how the process works in practice. She answers questions promptly and was always available when I ...needed any kind of clarification on what was being asked or why. She knows the representatives of the Board by name, their manner, and the issues they tend to focus on, insight that only her level of experience can provide. This lets you put things in context you might not otherwise have, and prepares you for anything that the process might throw at you. The steps leading to the resolution of your issue can seem painfully slow, confusing and opaque, but she's a wonderful source of reassurance and expert advice throughout what can be a very frustrating process. You'll be glad to have hired her. Really, I can't imagine someone having done a better job.

I can not say enough good about this woman! She knows her stuff, & is top notch! I had a diciplinary action to complete in WI & I did, but inadvertantly didn't report to MN BON & so I recieved a stipulation to suspend my MN RN license for 6 mo. In the middle of this pandemic. She was fast & furious ...on my behalf! She taught me so much in a very short time. Ie: the laws, my responsibility, & great courses to learn from my mistake! She went above & beyond for me! From day 1 she eased my anxiety & fear! Within a matter of weeks my case was dismissed! Hands down the best experience of my long career!

Barb was so knowledgeable and supportive during this process. She outlined what possible outcomes might be, and gave recommendations for the steps to take for the best outcome. Her communication through the process was excellent, and it was so helpful having the process explained step by step. I can'...t imagine going it alone during this process, and I can't imagine utilizing anyone that is more qualified to help a nurse through this process.
