I consider myself to have found Barb to help me through a stressful experience of appearing in front of the BON for a conference. Barb provided me with the expectations of the conference and kept me on task to complete my requirements prior to meeting with the BON. She was always available to me for ...questions or assurances that my case would most likely be dismissed. The key factor was the mock conference to help you prepare for the actual live conference. This experience was very impactful and guided me through what to expect and how to properly use body language. Because of this experience, I was more comfortable with conference and had to the ability to explain my side of the story calmly and intelligently. I felt very prepared and confident. Fortunately, my case was dismissed. Thanks to Barb's experience with the BON, I was successful in having my case dismissed.
