I felt Barb knew what she was doing. She got the information that she felt she would need when we went to the board. It was nice to feel that she knew the system and what is required from her and me to present a good case. I felt she was prepared for all that could possibly come up in my case. It was... nice that she met up with me before the hearing, so she could plead my case knowing a bit of who I am and my personality.
