Great!

I FELT LIKE I WAS ALWAYS GIVEN THE RIGHT ADVICE, NOT JUST FOR MY LEGAL CASE, BUT FOR MY LIFE SITUATION. I APPRECIATE EVERYTHING MICHELLE DID.

Very costly

Michelle promised many things she could not deliver. I requested that she proceed with as little conflict as possible. Her strategy dramatically increased conflict and court costs. It was very expensive for no tangible results. I would not hire her or her law firm again.

It is difficult for an attorney to respond to a client's concerns when the client chooses to leave vague comments anonymously. Often clients believe that their legal situation should be "easy" or is "uncontested" and that it should be done quickly and without disagreement. More often than not, that is not the case. In order for a case to be "easy" both parties have to agree. One party being what they consider to be reasonable does not mean the other party sees it that way. In those situations, the attorney's job is to zealously represent their client. Sometimes clients have a hard time accepting that the other party is not willing to settle as they would like and that conflict is inevitable. After all, if the parties easily resolved conflicts they may not be in the process of divorcing.

Can't say enough good things

Kelsey Law did an amazing job helping me thru some tough times with my kids and ex wife. They were a great group to work with on several different situations and issues for the past several years. I would strongly recommend them to anybody who needs a family lawyer. They are down to earth and tell yo...u what you need to hear and not necessarily what you want to hear, which was much appreciated. I can not say enough how lucky I was to have them on my side and helping me out. Thanks again

DADS TAKE NOTICE!!!

Ms. Kelsey and her TEAM and I stress team came from behind because I started to handle my case on my own (I do not recommend this by the way) and pulled out a win. I was always kept in the loop and well informed. Ms. Kelsey keeps even her client focused on the right path. If you listen to her and do ...what she says you will not be disappointed. Every person in the office was knowledgeable, respectful, and it seemed to me took a personal interest in my case. My personal case took on some drama and the Kelsey firm took it all in stride and handled it better than I did. I would recommend and do recommend Kelsey Law as being the BEST lawyer I've ever had.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
