I hired Attorney Buchinger for a family law case with many, many disputes, but namely for a child placement dispute / custody violation as the primary and driving points of contention. If you are in the market in the Fox Valley, Wisconsin area and beyond for this type of lawyer, I recommend you do t...he same as I did and hire Attorney Buchinger.
Attorney Buchinger is a compassionate person, detail focused, and result oriented; he is not out to just take your money. On multiple occasions Attorney Buchinger offered me solutions that were both effective and cost-efficient, either reducing or being entirely avoidant of incurring additional / unnecessary legal fees.
If you are a caring parent and need someone to "save your life" in a family law matter, this is the man for the job. I cannot say enough good things about this man. He got me everything I asked for, for both myself and the welfare of my child.
He also imparted knowledge upon me that shifted my perspective and allowed me to set aside past grievances to focus on being a better co-parent both in the eyes of the courts and on a human level. He gave me advice on how to better interact with my co-parent in a child-focused way in which I could better recognize when I did not have to engage with petty disputes and things that ultimately amounted to differences in parenting styles that do not concern the courts, no matter how blown out of proportion they were and in which my co-parent would have liked me to believe were of massive importance. The flip side of that is that he also helped me to better recognize and navigate the nuances of disputes that do matter to the courts (and also a rational parent) in a strategic way that only helped my case and led to a better end result for my child.
If you hire Attorney Buchinger (and I recommend that you do) he will always listen to your concerns and allow to you explain them in detail. That being said, you need to trust in his process. Once you've given him all the information you have to offer on a particular issue or situation, do not deviate from the advice he gives. He will listen and re-advise appropriately if you provide additional details. I am grateful for the advice he gave and his ability to make me confident in trusting his process. At times I felt weak and wanted to falter and not do the things he advised, but ultimately I did as he asked and ultimately it led to a more peaceful relationship with my co-parent, a more stable situation for my child (even when not in my care), and, I can not overstate this enough, an absolute win in the courtroom (not just for me, but most importantly, a win for my child). All that to say, his guidance helped me become a stronger, more well-informed, more intentional, and confident person throughout a situation that I'd wager ranks highly as one that makes you feel the most vulnerable, powerless, and scared.
As for his firm - His law office is staffed with kind, helpful, and knowledgeable people. His office staff ensured everything clerical was handled properly and also ensured there was a clear line of communication between Attorney Buchiger and I, in which no details or conversations were glossed over or slipped through the cracks. Originally, I had spoken with Attorney Pasquale of this firm for a consultation. He gave me clear and proper advice to follow. Due to a scheduling conflict, he was unable to represent me in court but he kindly referred me to Attorney Buchinger of this firm after apprising him of my situation. This is a dedicated, close-knit team that will work together for you, and more importantly, your child.
