On multiple occasions Attorney Buchinger offered me solutions that were both effective and cost-efficient, either reducing or being entirely avoidant of incurring additional / unnecessary legal fees. If you hire Attorney Buchinger (and I recommend that you do) he will always listen to your concerns and allow to you explain them in detail. That being said, you need to trust in his process. Once you've given him all the information you have to offer on a particular issue or situation, do not deviate from the advice he gives. He will listen and re-advise appropriately if you provide additional details. I am grateful for the advice he gave and his ability to make me confident in trusting his process. At times I felt weak and wanted to falter and not do the things he advised, but ultimately I did as he asked and ultimately it led to a more peaceful relationship with my co-parent, a more stable situation for my child (even when not in my care), and, I can not overstate this enough, an absolute win in the courtroom (not just for me, but most importantly, a win for my child). All that to say, his guidance helped me become a stronger, more well-informed, more intentional, and confident person throughout a situation that I'd wager ranks highly as one that makes you feel the most vulnerable, powerless, and scared. As for his firm - His law office is staffed with kind, helpful, and knowledgeable people. His office staff ensured everything clerical was handled properly and also ensured there was a clear line of communication between Attorney Buchiger and I, in which no details or conversations were glossed over or slipped through the cracks. Originally, I had spoken with Attorney Pasquale of this firm for a consultation. He gave me clear and proper advice to follow.
