I hired Mr. Bollenbeck to represent me in my DWI case. I was informed that I was treated unfairly and that it was a clean cut case, he could easily help me. I was informed of the fee which was high but he told me I could pay in two installments which also made me think he cares for me and my si...tuation. After paying the total amount I met with him to review my case and he told me I should except the plea deal and I would be lucky to get that. I thought I had a good chance with my case so I was confused. He said he has seen cases like mine before and I had no chance, however if I wanted to bring it to trial we could do that but there would be additional fees and as well I would have to provide him with a fee to start researching and pay by the hour. He said he would not recommend it because it would cost thousands and I had no chance. I decided to switch attorneys and won my case. He did no work, or research into my case and made me believe he was on my side. I am very tight on cash and felt as if not only did he let me down but knowingly took my money and there would be no other options for me. The worst part is after all of this he kept my money and that was it no letter no phone call, just took the money and ran. Thank the lord for mothers, or I wouldn't have found someone who trusted and believed in me. There are good lawyers out there, don't make the same mistake I did.
