Sara K. Micheletti

ara Micheletti practices in the areas of estate planning, guardianship, estate settlement and probate. She often serves as Personal Representative or Trustee on adversarial probate and trust matters and as a Guardian ad Litem, representing the best interests of individuals declared incompetent by the Court, elderly, disabled, minors and others needing representation. Prior to joining McCarty Law in 2023, she spent over 13 years practicing for a law firm in Appleton in the same area of practice. Sara is a member of the Fox Valley Estate Planning Council and is a past recipient of the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce “Future 15 Young Professional Award.”

While Sara was in law school, she participated in the Mentor Externship program, Judicial Externship program in Hennepin County District Court, the Interprofessional Center for Counseling and Legal Services Elder Law Practice Group, the Intramural Negotiations Competition, and had some spare time to clerk for an experienced criminal defense attorney.

Before law school, Sara attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison earning her Bachelor’s Degree in English and Political Science. While at Madison, Sara was a legal assistant for a business law attorney and studied abroad in London, England.
