Solo private practice. Licensed in Wisconsin and Missouri. Serves as guardian ad litem and petitioners’ counsel in Guardianship and Protective Placement cases in Outagamie, Calumet and Winnebago Counties. Provides estate planning for individuals. Under contract with Outagamie County since January, 2008, as Guardian ad Litem in Guardianship and Protective Placement cases. Since July, 2007, has served as adverse counsel in Guardianships, Protective Placements and Mental Commitments in Outagamie County. As an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in four counties, worked with officials of the Missouri Department of Child Support Enforcement to set up a four-county regional child support enforcement office, and was responsible for prosecution and enforcement of all child support cases referred to these four counties. As an associate in a general practice firm, handled cases in the areas of probate, estate planning, real estate, Social Security Disability, criminal law, landlord-tenant, federal civil rights violation (“Section 1983”), municipal zoning ordinances, county commission budget allocation requests, and nonprofit incorporation and personal injury.
