Biography
I chose to practice law because I enjoy analyzing problems, researching solutions, and advocating for people. I am a strong believer in defending every right of every client in every proceeding, whether it's a criminal matter, a divorce, a guardianship, or a contract dispute.
As an undergraduate at the University of Kansas, I majored in Economics and Spanish, and earned departmental honors in Spanish. I enjoy coffee tasting, Star Trek, and spending time with my husband and cats.

Sample of Legal Cases
The jury acquitted my client of both charges.
The jury acquitted on the battery and convicted on the disorderly conduct. Client was fined $100.
As a result of defense counsel's investigation, both charges were dismissed prior to trial.
The petition alleging delinquency was dismissed prior to trial.
After negotiating the dismissal of the habitual criminality penalty enhancer, I convinced the judge to sentence my client to 20 community service hours rather than jail or probation.
