I am a former prosecutor with over 25 years of experience handling the most difficult and technical criminal cases.

I have jury trial experience with homicides, firearm offenses, sexual assaults, alcohol and drug impaired driving, domestic violence, drug, and property crimes. I have handled aviation, boat, car, motorcycle, and snowmobile cases, and taught traffic and criminal law to lawyers, police officers, and at the university level. I have handled police shootings, civilian deaths while in law enforcement custody, police officer misconduct cases, criminal and traffic appeals, and just about every other possible criminal matter in my decades of experience.
