Brian F. Bennett

Brian has no idea how to work the court system. he allows the court to tell him what he is supposed to do. if he cannot handle your case, he will make up an excuse to relieve himself from his duty as a lawyer, like he did to my son, he claims he has high blood pressure and he cannot perform his dutie...s as a lawyer! I will never hire him or recommend him to anybody. all he is good for, is to be a Walmart greeter.

I can't tell you how many times I have been arrested because it had been that many. Each time I would call Brian's office and say, "Okay I messed up again." He would come down to the jail and say "Okay kiddo, what are we gonna do and what's going to help you?" He explained the legalities on my level ...of understanding so I knew my rights, but more importantly, he treated me like a human being and showed empathy & compassion when I was at the lowest point of my life. He never treated me like a drug addict convict that I really was. We would argue about whether the Navy or Air Force was better with me being an Air Force Brat and him prior Navy. ( Air Force is better by the way!) But he always left me feeling hopeful and was always honest and used to say that I was " A Hoot to work with." That was 15 years ago and today I am a Licensed Addiction Counselor and a Program Director of a local shelter that specializes in working with Human Trafficking Victims. I sit on the Court Treatment Teams NEXT TO the Judge instead of in front of her with handcuffs on. Brian was the start of my journey to recovery because he treated me with kindness & believed in me.

Mr. Bennett , from beginning to end of my legal issue, walked me through every step . Made clear the parameters of my case and was empathetic to my plight.... Cared to visit and assure me things wer going to be alright . I cannot imagine I would trust any another with my legal matters . I would as w...ell recommend his services and legal support .

For my first criminal court case, I greatly appreciate the services performed by Mr. Bennett and his staff. Brian met with me the day after my arrest, minutes before scheduled court appearance and explained things. I thought My billing charges were very reasonable. I was able to concentrate on my wor...k and my electrical business without worry of going to jail. Brian drafted all the paperwork necessary to facilitate the reconciliation required by the court while working a ton of other responsibilities, not to mention doing volunteer work for our county's veterans. I hope I never have to do this again, but I would not hesitate to Call Mr. Bennett's firm and definitely recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in a bad situation.
