Brian F. Bennett

Brian has no idea how to work the court system. he allows the court to tell him what he is supposed to do. if he cannot handle your case, he will make up an excuse to relieve himself from his duty as a lawyer, like he did to my son, he claims he has high blood pressure and he cannot perform his dutie...s as a lawyer! I will never hire him or recommend him to anybody. all he is good for, is to be a Walmart greeter.

Attorney Bennett is handling my case and he has done things other lawyers haven't for instance he got my bond decreased from$5000 to $1000. Also he got the Discovery beforey preliminary hearing. He is on top of stuff and very knowledgeable. He is thorough and takes everything in to consideration. I ...haven't had for so long but so far he is more than competent. I will write another review after my preliminary hearing.We are disputing the preliminary, so I'll know more then.

Brian was so caring throughout the long process in my criminal case. He promptly returned all phone calls. He always double checked any statutes that pertained to my case to be certain he wasn't missing any details. He was real and honest. People forget the legal process is...n't always speedy and sometimes waiting is the best choice.

Brian handled a case of mine recently. He seemed like he was up to speed on everything, ready for court and competent, but this was not the case. I ended up taking a deal from the DA that I would not have if I had been informed of my options and various other details of the case by which were not e...xplored by him. Long story short, if I were to be able to go back and do it over, Mr. Bennett would not be my attorney.
