Serving Seniors and Those Who Love Them. Call 715-803-6061
My practice focuses on elder law, estate planning, and probate. I am a certified elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF). I am a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and previously served as president of the Wisconsin Chapter of NAELA and now serve as a board member. I am a member of the Board of Directors of the Elder Section of the Wisconsin State Bar Association and currently serving as recording secretary. I am accredited by the Veterans Administration to counsel veteran clients (and their widows and spouses) about veterans benefits, particularly the pension benefit with aid & attendance.
My wife, Dawn, and I have three sons and enjoy spending time with our grandchildren. I was raised in a small farm town, where I spent most of my childhood in the country. I love to hunt and fish and enjoy planning our families annual fishing trip to Canada. I am a life long equestrienne and own a thoroughbred named "Tucker". I enjoy camping and hunting for elk each year with my boys and I can't pass up a good fish fry or pizza.
