After paying the large sum of money to hire John, I found myself being the one asking the questions instead of being informed by my lawyer. Poor communication when it comes to response time, if any response at all. I feel as if I spoke to administrative assistant Sheri as my lawyer instead of John. I felt rushed all the time, as if I were just another number in his case files bothering them if I were to have a question. I chose him in the first place because he had good reviews; however, maybe there’s too much on their plate at this point?
