John A. Foscato

After paying the large sum of money to hire John, I found myself being the one asking the questions instead of being informed by my lawyer. Poor communication when it comes to response time, if any response at all. I feel as if I spoke to administrative assistant Sheri as my lawyer instead of John. I... felt rushed all the time, as if I were just another number in his case files bothering them if I were to have a question. I chose him in the first place because he had good reviews; however, maybe there’s too much on their plate at this point?

John was a fantastic person to work with and helped me immensly with my debt. Regarding the negative anonymous review, the retainer agreement clearly states that the client, NOT the attorney, is responsible for court costs and administrative expenses which were minimal. There were no surprises or ext...ra fees. John was attentive and personable and I am very grateful for what he did for me. I highly recommend him!

I can't give anything but a positive review of John Foscato. His consultation lasted an hour for free and he agreed to handle my ch. 7 bankruptcy for only $1000. That process took 3-4 months and I was kept informed by him and his staff the entire time. Calls and emails were prompt replied to and c...ourt was a breeze. Many of the other lawyers I looked at had nowhere near his experience and most were from out of town using tiny temporary offices. I would recommend John to anyone with debt problems.
