Stephen Matthew Ferris

Steve Ferris is an Attorney at Gerbers Law.

His practice is focused primarily in assisting businesses with their legal needs. Mr. Ferris serves as corporation counsel to many small to medium-sized businesses. He has assisted those businesses with their formation, contract negotiation, human resources, insurance coverage, litigation avoidance and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Ferris also helps clients preserve and protect assets during lifetime and plan for the use of assets to benefit family members, friends and charitable entities at death. He creates documents that best achieve his clients’ estate and business succession planning objectives. Steve is also skilled in handling the administration of estates and trusts.

Mr. Ferris is licensed to practice and is in good standing in all Wisconsin courts, the United States Federal Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He also provides mediation services in commercial disputes.
