Bad representation
I support my daughter on my own for 5 years. I hired goldman for child support My representation was not the best on benefit of my child. Im not happy with my representation and the discomunication and confusion. The case was full of incomunication with bad results.

Replied last August 06, 2018The complaint of a bad result is very misleading. This particular client ultimately stipulated in open court after being sworn in by the Judge as to the agreements reached within his/her particular case. I had informed this client of his/her rights (as i am required to do), and this client had no concerns at that time. Additionally, this client has sent me holiday cards stating how great of a job i did for them and wished me and my family well. I am more than happy to review the current child support and determine if the same should be modified as the statute allows for a modification when there is a substantial and continuing change (greater or less than 10%) to the existing child support. It should be further noted that this client has not been a client since June of 2016 and is now posting a comment 2 years later. Again i am more than happy to chat with the client about any concerns they have.
