Mark D. Skvara

Recently I had some legal work done in regard to my will by Attorney Mark Skvara. Attorney Skvara and his staff were very professional, courteous and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. The promptness of my request was very fast. I would not hesitate to recommend Attorney Skvara to my... family and friends.

I am not a bitter person but I will warn anyone considering Mark Skvara to stay as far away as you can. Mr. Skvara provided the worst advise to my family and I throughout my divorce and custody case. I firmly feel as though Mr. Skvara forced me into filing divorce when I had no interest in doing so.... Moreover, he negotiated, prepared and pressured me into agreeing to sign a document which has now kept me from my children for over 13 months! I am not a person to be easily coerced into doing anything, however, Mr. Skvara's theatrics the morning of my scheduled trial were damning for the relationship between my children and myself and even my ex wife. I truly feel as though he had not prepared at all for the hearing and this was an easy way to get out of doing so. Very unprofessional and I was lied to by Mr. Skvara on several occasions. Again, I am not upset about losing a case or the lost of many, many thousands of dollars as much as I am about the poor job of representing Mr. Skvara did in my case and the years it will take to repair relationships with my children and family because of his lack of representation. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY! I assure you that you will not be pleased.

Mr Scvara came off as very experienced and intelligent. His court presence makes it hard to picture him loosing to anyone. He made me feel like he was actually on my side. Not out to milk every dollar from me. He made the whole process go as smoothly as possible. When it was time for court he came pr...epared to win an uphill battle and did so.
