We just got done with 8 months of dealing with a Felony DUI case with 4+ court appearances that with Chris's careful,diligent,extensive, Review AND Proactive execution of the facts of the case he got it DISMissed today!! Thank YOU CHRIS!!! You did a Great Job! I am Soooooo Relieved!! This is no...t the first time ive needed Legal help as I have had prior duis, tho years ago, and it was going to be a felony offense that I was facing. The circumstances and the whole situation of how the charges came about were pretty weak tho and Chris Capitalized on those Facts and the Case as a whole and he got it Dismissed! I feel Great and Relieved that he had the case and handled it as well and careful as he did. He went over everything that the prosecution had AND Listened to what I had to say and offer as well about the incident. He did not have a better than thou BS attitude and Wanted to hear what I had to say...keep that in mind... Had this not been resolved today he was prepared to take it further and all the way to Jury Trial if need be. He felt that sure about the case. IF he felt it was not going well, or good to take it that far im sure he would have informed me of that too. He and his staff, secretarys, also returned phone calls if I had any questions to be answered. Ive had other legal reps in the past, tho long ago, but Still, THEY did NOT Really Listen to what I had to say,offer, or even CARE!! They more or less just rolled over and just said "Umm, your going to jail. These are the minimums for the charges"....Pffff. They didnt even bother to try to fight the case.the charges! Do yourself a Favor and let Chris take your case or at the very Least give him a phone call and Talk to him about it and let him offer you his opinion. HE DOES Listen! I'm reading these reviews and wondering who was the attorney for these cases because it was NOT the same gentleman I met in the courtroom. Mr. Froelick is the single best thing that happened to me in my divorce. Why? Because, my wife hired him. He never tried to negotiate with me once. He would show ...up for a court date and literally throw me the proposed settlement, which was the same as the last one with minor changes. I would tell the judge why it wouldn't be acceptable (again) and a new date would be set. He was obviously just dragging things out. If you didn't pick it up, I did represent myself. We eventually settled for exactly what I offered the day after my now ex-wife left except, thanks to Chris, she wound up paying double the child support I asked for. She also had a huge bill from him and a guardian ad litem who was a joke and me and my EX partitioned the court to have him removed for his total lack of professionalism. It has been three years and there are still papers Chris Froelich hasn't filed from the divorce. Simple paperwork. Stuff that should have gone out day 2. I have no questions at all as to why I beat him in court when I never spent a day in law school and he did (supposedly).

I hired Mr Froelich for a very serious drug crime. There were a total of 12 charges against me, six were felonies. He took the time to understand my case and the charges against me. He managed to negotiate a plea deal that ended up as two misdemeanors and a deferred judgement agreement for one of t...he felonies. The rest of the charges were completely dismissed. I HIGHLY recommend him!
