I was referred to Mudge, Porter, Lundeen & Seguin by an Attorney in Stillwater, MN, Eric Thole. his recommendation was to speak with Mr. Lundeen who, at the time of my offense was out of town. In Mr. Lundeens absence Joel was very prompt to reach out to me. We spoke briefly about my situation and... he was a great listener and made me feel at ease at a very difficult time. I liked him immediately. We later met in person to hash out the details and felt even more comfortable at which time we decided to work together and I hired him. Since then Joel has followed thru on all aspects of my case and I’m sure he went above and beyond on some of the details. He represented himself in a very professional manner, and at the same time kept it real as a regular good guy. Someone for sure who understands the Law and the predicament I was in personally. On my part there was never any confusion as to where things stood with my case and he had all the answers to the many questions I threw his way. On my sentencing hearing he represented me in a way that I always knew I was in great hands with him as my attorney. And, he even gave me a lift in his vehicle, (I couldn’t get myself there, no license) to make sure I appeared in court and on time. Again, over and above what he needed to do. The outcome of my case worked out much better than the punishment I was being charged with due to Joel and his professionalism. Thanks Joel. Should I ever require Joel’s services in the future, (hope I never do) he would be my first call. Thanks to Joel, I’m able to right some wrongs in my life and live a solid and productive existence. Looking at jail time and loosing my job plus more with a 3rd OWI Charge. Reviewed other attorneys and came across Joel and chose him. He was excellent and very good communicator and always answered my calls or called back in a reasonable time. It is not just the court stuff but also the DMV issues th...at is good to get answered about too, which Joel answered for me with clarity. He carefully reviewed my case and previous OWIs for any potential issues. He is an expert about Collateral Attack defense for OWI cases. He did not use this defense in my case but was able to leverage the possibility and lower my offense to a 2nd OWI. I received the bare minimum fine and punishment of a 2nd OWI too. From where I started the day after getting charged to meeting Joel has been huge in overcoming this difficult situation. With positive results day by day working with Joel. I would highly recommend Joel and at the very least contact him about your Legal problems, if you don't need an Attorney. I would like to start this off by saying that Joel did a fantastic job not only with the legal side of things but with his communication as to the whereabouts and new information discovered as the estate case progressed. My sister and I needed help in dealing with my father's estate. Joel was t...he very first lawyer we called and he was also the last. My sister and I felt right about him from the very beginning. He was very informative and also His consultation was effective and his results were fantastic. I called a few other law firms, only because I was taught to look into all possibilities; however, knew I was going to access his services after his effective consultation. My father had passed away and left my sister and I in the dark as to what was going to happen to his estate. He had remarried and his new wife THOUGHT she was going to keep everything. My sister and I didn't want to put my dad's new wife into any hardship situation, for we just wanted to get what was fair.
