Robert A. Pretto

Unlike much of Mr. Pretto's work, members of my family engaged him for guidance following an auto accident in which my family member was the driver who caused the accident. I am writing the review because I was the primary contact between Mr. Pretto and my family member, as my family requested. He... was very responsive to our questions, sensitive to the stress of the situation, and very matter-of-fact while also clearly engaged and involved. He answered our questions and explained the expected insurance actions factually and thoroughly. While thankfully we did not need a lot of contact, he quickly responded to messages and emails.

I was involved in a three vehicle accident where I experienced whiplash syndrome. During my recovery I hired Mr. Pretto who from day one was very caring & did everything in his power to make sure I deserve justice in this incident.
