We hired Andrea to help with my partner's permanent residency card. We paid her fee upfront, but did not see the follow through expected. She did not file the initial paper work correctly (something very basic I was told) and this set us back several months in the process. When we went to her office ...for our scheduled appointment to sign the corrected paper work, she was out of town and had not called us to reschedule the appointment (to her credit, she did come and deliver the papers later to our residence). We actually had to call her attention to things that needed to be done for USCIS instead of the other way around. It was unsettling to feel such a lack of confidence in someone who is supposed to be looking out for you.
