Andrea Love Sumpter

We hired Andrea to help with my partner's permanent residency card. We paid her fee upfront, but did not see the follow through expected. She did not file the initial paper work correctly (something very basic I was told) and this set us back several months in the process. When we went to her office ...for our scheduled appointment to sign the corrected paper work, she was out of town and had not called us to reschedule the appointment (to her credit, she did come and deliver the papers later to our residence). We actually had to call her attention to things that needed to be done for USCIS instead of the other way around. It was unsettling to feel such a lack of confidence in someone who is supposed to be looking out for you. Finally, we decided to hire another attorney, forgoing our fee that we had paid her to do this work. Our new attorney found out there was a way for my partner to get his driver's license while we wait for the work permit and green card to be processed. We had asked Andrea the same but she said it was not possible. I am sharing this information because we do not want to see other families have to go through the stress and frustration we did with Andrea. We found the means to hire another attorney, but I know many families would not be able to do that.

Her legal assistant Alicia works great with clients, kept us informed every step of our case with Andrea. 2 office locations was a great help to us with our work schedules. Positive outcome for my brothers criminal case . She is now handeling his immi...gration case and we are very happy so far with the follow through, Her and her assistant are on point with evrything they say they are going to do . THANK YOU . I would not trust my legal issues to anyone but Andrea and her assistant Alicia. These two are on fire when they work on a case. Andrea is very cost consious and does not waste clients money or time. If there is no positiveoutcome possible in a case, she will tell you that up front and be honest abou...t any options that are available. Unfourtunately ( unfourtuante that we had legal issues to deal with ) we have had to use her on criminal, one of which was a huge felony mess. She gave us a little hope but delievered a way better outcome than we ever expected.
